Confectioner wanted in Oneida County

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Oneida County, Idaho. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
