Immediate opening: roofing foreman (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Riverside County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
