Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
