Single needle operator wanted in Pinellas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Pinellas County, Florida. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
