Forklift driver wanted in Queens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a forklift driver in Queens County, New York. You will be based in a cold storage facility. Day to day you will load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
