You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic The role involves: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Six days a week, one day off.
