Flatlock machine operator wanted in Madison Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Madison Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day to day you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
