Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Gulf County, Florida. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
