Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in McLean County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in McLean County, Illinois. You will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
