Industrial sewing operator • Tipton County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Tipton County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
