Cold store insulation technician — Osceola County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Osceola County, Florida. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
