You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking Full-time, day shift.
