Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade The role involves: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
