Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Carter County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
