Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Bwari, Federal Capital Territory. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
