Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Performance bonus on top of base pay.
