Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
