Motor grader operator — Lake County

Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lake County, Ohio. You will work at a landfill site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
