Foundry labourer — Ife North

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Ife North, Osun State. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
