Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Wharton County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one On a typical shift you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
