Assembly technician — Saline County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Saline County, Illinois. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
