Powder coating line operator — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jackson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
