Scullery hand — Sumner County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sumner County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
