Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Phillips County, Colorado. You will work on a production line. Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
