Counter butcher — Pittsburg County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
