Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Shannon County, Missouri. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On the job you will handle: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Full-time, day shift.
