Short order cook — Michika

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Michika, Adamawa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts.
