Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Saline County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Your main tasks: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
