Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in Madison County, Indiana. The role involves: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
