Vacancy available: we are hiring a pool car driver in Winnebago County, Illinois. The job is with a transport contractor. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries • Able to read maps and use GPS navigation Day-to-day duties: • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet Full-time with occasional weekends.
