Vacancy available: crane operator (Maine)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate Day to day you will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
