Stitching operator • Delaware County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Delaware County, Indiana. The role involves press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
