Bread baker — Shagari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Shagari, Sokoto State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough We offer ₦170,000 per month plus benefits.
