Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day to day you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
