Elevator technician wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Warren County, North Carolina. You will work in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
