Turning centre operator wanted in Macon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Macon County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Load and index turning tools in the turret What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Rotating shifts.
