Moulder wanted in Venango County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Venango County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant Meals and transport allowance provided.
