The role involves assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
