Hydraulic crane operator — Marquette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Marquette County, Michigan. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
