Crawler crane operator — Craven County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Craven County, North Carolina. You will work on a busy construction site. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On the job you will handle: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift 5+ years on the tools preferred.
