Safety marshal — Sapele

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Sapele, Delta State. You will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
