Tile fixer — New Hanover County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile fixer in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy tiling site. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Your main tasks: • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
