Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
