Bread baker • Perry County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Perry County, Missouri. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
