Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Johnson County, Missouri. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Performance bonus on top of base pay.
