Immediate opening: PVC window assembler (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in City of Alexandria, Virginia. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Six days a week, one day off.
