CNC mill setter-operator wanted in McDonough County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in McDonough County, Illinois. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
