Bulldozer operator — Harris County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Harris County, Georgia. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. Day to day you will strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. You should have: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
