Now hiring: formwork erector (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Logan County, Kansas. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Six days a week, one day off.
