Container truck driver — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a container truck driver in Douglas County, Kansas. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. The role involves: • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid digital tachograph card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
